LUNCH
Coco's love of the west coast is great and every day we serve the day's catch. Fresh fish, directly from the auction in the port of Gothenburg, together with a lot of green on the plate. A lunch that should feel both fresh and safe.
As a standing alternative, there is always a meat dish with inspiration from the Swedish home cooking but interpreted by us.
Of course, there is always a vegetarian dish every week where we put a great focus on Swedish ingredients but at the same time allow ourselves to get inspiration and taste influences from all over the world.
